Full text of the resolution, adopted 13 votes to 1 (Pakistan against) with 1 abstention (Jordan) at the Council's 2500th meeting, deploring the 15 November 1983 Turkish Cypriot declaration, considering it "legally invalid," and calling on all states not to recognise any Cypriot state other than the Republic of Cyprus.
