Reporting a possible error

Use the correction form. You do not need an account. Tell us the page, what you think is wrong, and — if you can — a source. Submissions are private. A submission is treated as a research lead: it is checked against the evidence before anything changes.

How corrections are made

Factual corrections are separated from routine style edits. A material correction produces a new reviewed version of the page with a short “What changed” note, and is listed below. Publication dates are never refreshed just to look current.
