Adopted 12 October 2022 (143 in favour, 5 against, 35 abstaining, 10 not voting, per secondary reporting since the primary text itself does not state the vote count), condemning Russia's organization of "illegal so-called referendums" in Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia from 23-27 September 2022 and the subsequent attempted annexation, declaring both to have no validity under international law, and demanding Russia reverse its 21 February and 29 September 2022 decisions and withdraw its forces from Ukraine.
