A second accord, involving an armed group as a direct party, created a more durable autonomous council under the Indian Constitution's Sixth Schedule.
What happened
In 2003, a second Bodo Accord was signed among the Bodo Liberation Tiger Force, the Indian central government and the Assam state government, establishing the Bodoland Territorial Council under the Sixth Schedule of the Indian Constitution.[1]
